Will the concrete still settle over time after being lifted?
Although concrete raising is a long term solution, there are many variables when working on top of soil. We do offer a limited warranty on concrete at least 10 years old and we have a manufacturers warranty of 5 years on the Polyurethane Foam.

Why should I lift and repair my current concrete instead of replacing it all?
Poly Jacking is, on average, less than 50% the cost of a full concrete replacement. It is an efficient way to level out existing concrete and has minimal effect on your existing concrete appearance.

Is this a messy process and is there any mess left after the job?
There is very little "mess" involved during the process, aside from the equipment we bring with us. Once your area is complete, we will fill the small 5/8" injection holes with a concrete slurry. Your area will be ready to use again immediately after.

Is the Poly Foam strong enough to support the weight of the concrete?
Once the foam has cured (which takes only a few hours), it can withstand up to 10,000 pounds per square foot.
